Scott Anderson spent 15 years in AAA game development working at numerous companies in the Bay Area. During Scott's time in games he worked in all facets of world building, from concept artist to 3D world building. Scott worked on numerous titles in the Gex franchise, Disney Kart Racing, Mad Dash Racing and art directed Whiplash. Scott's final game at Crystal Dynamics was Tomb Raider Underworld where he spearheaded the integration of ZBrush into the material development pipeline and focused on cinematic lighting.
After leaving games, Scott spent another 15 years as a fine artist, showing textural oil paintings in galleries across California, Arizona, and Nevada. That chapter sharpened his eye for color, composition, and the emotional weight of visual storytelling. sra-art.com
Today, those two careers converge at SRA Motion Studio where Scott focuses on the cutting edge of AI videography—combining the technical precision of game development with the artistic sensibility of a painter's eye.
