Kite Surfer — Studio to Sea

The concept: an impossible transform from studio photoshoot to ocean—same pose, seamless transition. Character consistency was the main challenge; without enough front and three-quarter reference images, the model drifted across frames. I've since developed this character further (naming her Ash) for use in future reels. Throughout development, Nano Banana kept pushing toward a Madelyn Cline resemblance—included here are some of the alternate directions explored before landing on the final look.
