This reel, The New Money Game, is based on two articles I read recently — How Inflation Impacts Four Key American Personas and The Currency Game — that resonated with how I see the financial world we live in. Inflation, central bank printing, and hard assets. I found this rich narrative territory and chose Monopoly as the vehicle to carry the allegory. The reel interprets ideas from both articles alongside personal takes: wealth concentration, a bank overheating from its own output, tokens eliminated as margins collapse. The composed butler narration and cheerful classical score are intentional — this is the cognitive dissonance we carry every day, pretending this is all going to work out.
